Post Office & Postmasters showcase the benefits of our network to retailers at The Delivery Conference 2025

The Post Office, along with five Postmasters, was excited to exhibit at The Delivery Conference 2025 last week, for the first time ever.

The conference brought together over 1,000 industry leaders from more than 500 brands to discuss the latest trends and innovations shaping the future of ecommerce delivery and was the perfect opportunity for Post Office to showcase it’s multi-carrier Mails strategy. Not only do we work incredibly closely with Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide, we now also partner with the other leading UK carriers - Evri, DPD, Amazon & DHL Express – all of whom recognise the convenience and customer benefits our 11,500 strong network brings.

It was a great opportunity to speak directly with retailers about how Post Office offers a market-leading PUDO (Pick-up Drop-off) network and the benefits to them and their customers; with a key focus on the benefits our postmasters bring. They heard first-hand what difference our postmaster’s customer-centric offering provides – including, trust, security, expertise and excellent customer service alongside convenience of location and multi-carrier options.

We were delighted to be supported by Postmasters Ying Shi (Caterham), Paulesh Patel (two branches in Hampshire), Mark Eldridge (Great Massingham and Postmaster Experience Director), Sara Barlow (Rainhill and Postmaster Non-Executive Director on the Board) and Nivey Jeyarajah (York Road).

It was great that exhibiting at the conference was featured on the business website Channel Xas the Post Office continues to seek opportunities to further develop and grow its proposition in the parcel sector providing unparalleled access to mails and parcel services for customers, carriers and retailers in one convenience location.
