Post Office opens up a new wave of delivery services from its branches as it launches multiple-carrier service to help give customers more choice at the counter when sending parcels.
76% of the population sent parcels last year but 40% of people admit sending parcels can be stressful[1] and almost half (48%) wish there were more delivery providers available to choose from at one location.
