Post Office Money Launches Competitive Mortgage Deals

Post Office Money has today enhanced its already competitive mortgage range by announcing new fee-free mortgage deals, including the lowest Help to Buy two-year fixed rate mortgage in the market for a product without an arrangement fee.*

The new range of mortgage deals includes:

  • 80% LTV 2.28% two-year fixed rate mortgage**
  • 80% LTV 3.03% five-year fixed rate mortgage **
  • 85% LTV 2.34% two-year fixed rate mortgage **
  • 85% LTV 3.19% five-year fixed rate mortgage**

New Help to Buy mortgage deal:

  • 95% LTV 3.68% two-year fixed rate mortgage **

Customers can get information about the new mortgage range and rates online at postoffice.co.uk/mortgages or from one of over 11,500 Post Office branches across the UK. They can also arrange a call-back from a mortgage specialist at the call centre, via all branches, or call the Post Office directly on 0800 077 8033. John Willcock, Head of Post Office Money Mortgages, said: “Our research shows that UK adults now expect to be 36 by the time they take their first step onto the property ladder, with some unsure if they will ever get onto it. We know homeownership can seem a distant goal for many, and want to do as much as we can for prospective buyers. Our new Help to Buy deal is the best on the market for those looking to avoid paying an arrangement fee, putting them one step closer to buying their first property.
